We purchased our TVS Jupiter from TVS RPM, Electronic City, Bangalore, and the experience was truly memorable. Since it was our anniversary, we really wanted to take delivery of the scooter on the same day. A special thanks to Srinivasa and Hemanth for making it happen within just one hour! Their coordination, speed and professionalism were impressive. What touched us the most was their thoughtful gesture of arranging a cake and making the delivery feel like a celebration. They went beyond just selling a scooter and made our day special. Highly recommend TVS RPM for their customer first approach! I just hope that after sales service will be good too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (Overall 4/5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Srinivas | ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ for TVS as a system I recently visited TVS - RPM as I was deciding between the Jupiter 110cc (Disc) and the Ntorq Race XP. I received the quotation and was able to test ride both vehicles, which was important in helping me make the final decision. First, credit where it’s due — Srinivas was excellent. He was patient, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He arranged test rides, explained the features clearly, and followed up professionally. Because of him, I received a ₹2000 discount from the Bettadasanpura showroom. For his effort and customer handling alone, this showroom deserves 5 stars. Now coming to TVS as a brand experience, there’s work to be done. I’m a customer of Honda (2-wheeler) and Skoda (4-wheeler). Let me say this clearly — TVS products are strong. In terms of performance and features, you are competing hard against Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha. But the question is: how do you overtake them? 1. Sales training and closing strategy: The product is already strong. You don’t need to “sell” too much — just close the deal smartly before the customer walks out. When I visited Honda, they offered corporate discounts, exchange bonuses (I wanted to sell my Activa), women buyer discounts, and credit card offers. TVS had practically zero structured offers. Even the ₹2000 discount was neutralized when I opted for outside insurance. Compare that with Skoda — when I bought my Kylaq, their only focus was closing the deal efficiently. 2. Professionalism: Uniform consistency matters. Some staff were in uniform, some weren’t. It gave an unpolished impression. Also, I walked in around 2–3 PM and saw the showroom being swept at 3 PM. Small details, but they affect perception. 3. Delivery experience issue: I took delivery on 20th Feb 2026 and was asked to return the next day to collect the number plate. At the stockyard, there was no rivet available — so I had to return home with only the front plate installed. I later went back myself and fixed it. Even then, they had only three rivets and used a nut and bolt for one side. These are basic operational gaps that shouldn’t happen during delivery. 4. Service concern: The service center ratings hover around 3.5, and many reviews go unanswered. Even before buying, I knew service feedback wasn’t great — but I didn’t expect it to be this inconsistent across multiple centers. Final thought: TVS vehicles are good. Very good. But in the Indian market, customers look for value additions — discounts, exchange offers, structured schemes, and professional experience. Strengthen the system, train the sales team to close better, and tighten delivery & service processes — and you’ll not just compete, you’ll lead. Overall rating: 4 stars — thanks largely to Srinivas.
