    I visited the service center today for the second service of my Apache RR310 under the AMC plan, and the experience was highly disappointing. The staff informed me about an issue but later said the required spare parts were not in stock. I kept following up, but every time I got excuses instead of proper support. They even told me to call before coming, but when I reached, the staff behaved unprofessionally. After the service, I noticed that the upper body parts near the oil tank had been damaged because the nuts were tightened excessively. When I raised this concern, the staff denied touching those bolts at all. This is unacceptable. I reported the issue to the manager, and only then they agreed to order the damaged part and replace it. Such carelessness and lack of responsibility from the team is very disappointing, especially when I have an AMC plan and expect proper service. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service quality.
