This year, the tribute takes a form unlike any other, with 25 women from the Indian Armed Forces set to embark on a journey from Delhi to Kargil on the TVS Ronin bikes. We were honoured to have the Chief of the Army Staff, General Manoj Pande, flag off an all-women ‘Nari Sashaktikaran Women Motorcycle Rally’. Also present was Vimal Sumbly, Head Business - Premium of TVS Motor Company, supporting these fearless riders embarking on their memorable journey. Using the simple yet effective principles of buoyancy, the responsible manhole cover deploys alerts to riders, keeping them safe from the hidden dangers of flooded roads. After successfully deploying this project with Brihnmumbai, we are now preparing for the second phase in Bangalore. A historic day for TVS Motor Company as the ultimate track weapon TVS Apache RR310 has set the new record in the 24 hour endurance challenge at Natrax, Indore! The total distance covered is 3657.92 kms with 322 laps completed at an average speed of 152km/h to enter the India book of records. The Apache RR310 also achieved a top speed of 173km/h in the process, as approved by the FMSCI. Congrats to the entire team for this phenomenal achievement!
